Marley MacDonald is a purpose driven leader with a passion for creating strategic shared value and fostering meaningful social impact. As Director of Responsibility, Sustainability and Workforce Health at the NSLC, Marley champions initiatives that promote employee wellness and strengthen community well-being across Nova Scotia.
With over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the energy and retail sectors, Marley has built a diverse portfolio spanning community investment, responsible retailing, strategic communications, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and workforce health.
Her commitment to governance and community engagement is reflected in her role as former Board Chair of the Prospect Road Community Centre, and through her volunteer work with various non-profits in Nova Scotia and Manitoba.
Balancing a dynamic career with a vibrant family life, Marley is a proud mom of two and an active contributor to her home community of Hatchet Lake, where she continues to lead with purpose.
