Rebecca Earle
RN MSc(A) CpedN(C) CCMP (PROSCI), (She/Her) - Co-Founder/Director
Rebecca Earle has over two decades of experience in nursing and has held various leadership roles in advanced practice, research, and operations management. She holds an applied master in nursing from McGill University and a certification in paediatric nursing from the Canadian Nurses Association (CNA). Rebecca is a recent Past-President (2024) of the Canadian Association of Paediatric Nursing (CAPN), where she collaborated with nurses, students and other national leaders across the country to advocate for the specialty of paediatric nursing and child health. During her time on the executive board, CAPN developed evidence-informed paediatric nursing standards, as well as a national certification exam with the CNA. In 2022, Rebecca co-founded the registered non-profit charity, “The Maritime Children’s Hospice Society”, with a goal to establish the first children’s hospice in Atlantic Canada. In May 2025, Rebecca was appointed to the board of directors for the Acadia University Alumni Association, where she is looking forward to sharing her health care leadership expertise and passion for advanced education. In her day-to-day work with Nova Scotia Health, she is responsible for overseeing the health workforce action plan for primary care in her role as Provincial Lead for System Design and Planning. Rebecca is champion for innovation, an ardent voice for nursing and staunch advocate for child and youth health. When she has free time, you can find her cheering on her 3 boys in a hockey rink or on the sidelines of a rugby pitch.
